Orange Recruitment is partnering with a leading automotive dealership group in North Dublin to recruit experienced Customer Service Advisors for their growing aftersales team.

The Role:
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process
- Coordinating vehicle bookings for servicing, maintenance and repair work
- Working closely with technicians and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle completion
- Providing customers with regular updates and clear communication throughout their visit
- Identifying additional service opportunities where appropriate and explaining recommendations professionally
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection
- Managing customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and customer-focused manner
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Customer Service Advisor within the motor industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational ability with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Professional, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced dealership environment
