Job Title: Receptionist (Ad Hoc)
Location: City West, Dublin
Job Type: Ad Hoc Temporary
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Ad Hoc Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover in a number of City West office locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can represent Orange Recruitment in a friendly, professional and efficient manner while providing reception support as required.
Key Responsibilities

Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner

Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately

Handling incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries

Maintaining the reception area to a high standard at all times

Booking meeting rooms and coordinating visitor access

Providing general administrative support as required

Ensuring adherence to health & safety and security procedures
Requirements
-
Previous reception or front-of-house experience is desirable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Professional appearance and manner

Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a new environment

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Working Hours

Ad hoc cover as required (e.g. sickness, holidays, busy periods)
