Compliance Officer (Fixed-Term Contract)

We’re looking for a proactive Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team on a fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you’ll support the delivery of the Compliance Plan, provide compliance guidance across the business, and help ensure ongoing regulatory compliance within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and prepare reports.
• Support the Register of Compliance Obligations.
• Complete financial sanctions screening activities.
• Assist with regulatory monitoring and compliance reporting.
• Maintain compliance records and regulatory updates.
• Support the resolution of compliance incidents.
• Contribute to the delivery of the Annual Compliance Plan.

About You

• Experience in Compliance, Risk, Insurance, Internal Audit, or a regulated environment.
• Relevant qualification or a strong interest in developing a career in Compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and collaborative approach.
