Job Title: Clerical Officer (Grade 3) – Temporary
Location: North Dublin
Job Type: Full-Time / Temporary Contract
Salary: In line with public sector Grade 3 Clerical Officer scale
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Clerical Officer (Grade 3) to support administrative services in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and adaptable individual who can provide efficient clerical support in a busy environment.
A full, clean driving licence and access to transport would be a distinct advantage, as the role may involve occasional travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team

Handle phone, email, and in-person queries in a professional manner

Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems

Perform accurate data entry and document processing

Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing documentation

Support operational tasks and general office duties as required

Ensure all work complies with organisational policies and GDPR guidelines
Essential Requirements

Previous administrative or clerical experience

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent organisational and time management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Criteria

Experience working across multiple sites

Public sector or healthcare/education experience

Familiarity with data management systems
