Job Title: Clerical Officer (Temp)

Location: Dublin 2, Hybrid (2 days in office)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: €33,603 per annum

About the Role

We are currently seeking Clerical Officers to support the a public sector department. These roles are central to ensuring effective administrative and information management support across teams working in a fast-paced and impactful environment. Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be required to undertake a range of general and administrative duties, including but not limited to:

Administrative Support:

  • Data entry and monitoring
  • Managing correspondence via email, phone, and written communications
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Use of Excel and other office systems

General Office Duties:

  • Sending emails
  • Typing letters and documents
  • Filing and document management

Information Management: Working with a variety of information sources, including written, numerical, and chart-based data

Records Management: Supporting accurate record-keeping in line with Department policies and GDPR requirements
