Orange Recruitment has partnered with a growing multi-service provider operating across facilities services and is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within its cleaning and security divisions. This role will focus on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence across commercial, corporate, and public sector markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who understands the facilities services industry and enjoys developing long-term partnerships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, corporate, retail, and public sector clients
- Promote professional cleaning and security service solutions to prospective customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, tenders, and service presentations for potential clients
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and meet agreed sales targets
- Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry engagements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within facilities services, security, cleaning, or related industries
- Strong track record of securing new business and developing client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a structured sales pipeline
- Commercial awareness and ability to develop tailored service proposals
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel for meetings when required
