Orange Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading automotive dealer group that is expanding its aftersales operations across several locations in North Dublin.

Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, our client is looking to recruit experienced Automotive Service Advisors who can deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy service department.

The Role:

• Managing customer interactions throughout the service and repair process
• Coordinating vehicle bookings, repair orders and workshop scheduling
• Keeping customers informed with regular updates and clear communication
• Working closely with technicians and service teams to ensure efficient turnaround times
• Advising customers on recommended maintenance and repair work
• Resolving customer queries professionally and ensuring a positive outcome
• Delivering a first-class customer experience from vehicle check-in through to handover

About You:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry
• Passion for customer service and relationship building
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Positive, professional and team-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer interactions
