Orange Recruitment have partnered with a leading automotive dealership in North Dublin who is currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Operations Manager to join their growing service division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily aftersales operations within a busy dealership environment
• Coordinating technician workloads and service capacity
• Ensuring repairs and servicing are completed to manufacturer standards
• Supporting diagnostics and technical escalations where required
• Monitoring productivity, efficiency and quality control across the department
• Working closely with Service Advisors to ensure excellent customer communication
• Driving operational improvements and maintaining high performance standards
• Supporting technician development, mentoring and training initiatives
• Maintaining high standards across health & safety and operational organisation

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong automotive technical background
• Previous experience in a senior aftersales, technical leadership or operational management role
• Excellent understanding of diagnostics, dealership processes and service operations
• Experience within a franchised or premium automotive environment highly desirable
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT systems and dealer management platform experience
• Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
