Job Title: Administrator
Location: Citywest, Dublin
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Contract Type: Temporary – 3-month initial contract (potential extension)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Administrator with exceptional attention to detail to support operations within a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient workflow coordination, and high-quality administrative support to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support including scheduling, document control, and correspondence management.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and tracking systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with internal standards.

Process documentation with a high level of precision, ensuring zero errors and strong version control.

Handle incoming queries (phone/email) professionally and direct them to relevant stakeholders.

Prepare reports, collate data, and assist with KPI tracking and operational updates.

Support onboarding coordination for new staff or contractors.

Arrange meetings, distribute agendas, and draft minutes accurately.

Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and service partners to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.
Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Professional, proactive, and dependable approach to work.

Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
Desirable Skills

Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, or other regulated industries.

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or workflow/fulfilment systems.
