Administrator – Compliance (2-Year Contract)

Location: Dublin / Hybrid (2 days in office)
Salary: €31,000 – €48,000 (DOE)

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Administrator to join their team supporting the approval and registration of health products in Ireland.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll help manage applications, maintain accurate records, and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll ensure that processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and quality standards are upheld – contributing to work that directly impacts public health and safety.

What you’ll do:

  • Process and track applications using internal systems and databases.

  • Provide administrative support to assessors and managers.

  • Communicate professionally with companies and partner organisations.

  • Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 1 year’s administrative experience in a busy environment.

  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and IT skills.

  • A collaborative, proactive approach to work.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary up to €48,000, depending on experience.

  • Hybrid working, 22 days’ annual leave, and flexitime after 6 months.
