Job Title: Grade 2 Administrator (Temporary)
Salary: €45,526 per annum (pro rata)
Contract Duration: Fixed-term until 31 May 2026

About the Role

We are seeking to recruit a Temporary Administrator to support a busy public sector team focused on social inclusion and employment initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to meaningful programme delivery within a dynamic environment.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis. Office attendance will be required on the first day (subject to location) and for scheduled meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, including but not limited to:

  • Managing a shared mailbox, monitoring incoming correspondence, creating and delegating tickets as appropriate, and issuing standardised responses where required

  • Monitoring the CRM system daily, assigning and responding to tickets

  • Developing and maintaining a log of standardised/stock responses

  • Acting as lead administrator for team events

  • Drafting and issuing communications

  • Drafting and documenting processes and procedures for programme administration

  • Assisting in the preparation of departmental and internal reports

  • Managing incoming phone calls via internal phone systems

  • Leading document management processes, including SharePoint transfers for the team

  • Undertaking other duties appropriate to the grade and role

Essential Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate:

  • A minimum of three years’ administrative experience

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience working with programme databases, SharePoint portals, and CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365)

  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to work

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
