What you’ll be doing

• Managing and coordinating the accounts payable function across multiple entities
• Supporting the development of a new central AP structure
• Improving AP processes, controls, and internal procedures
• Overseeing invoice and credit note processing
• Coordinating fortnightly and monthly supplier payments
• Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Ensuring supplier records and bank details are accurate and well controlled
• Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
• Supporting AP onboarding for new acquisitions
• Assisting with finance system transition and continuous improvement projects
