Account Executive / Account Handler – Commercial Wholesale Insurance

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Executive / Account Handler to join a growing Commercial Wholesale business. This role is suited to an ambitious insurance professional looking to make a measurable impact within a supportive and progressive environment.

As the business continues to expand, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality broking services while developing strong relationships across the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a market-leading broking service, delivering strong outcomes for broker clients
• Build and maintain effective relationships with insurers and service providers
• Negotiate with insurers to secure the most competitive terms
• Understand client and broker needs, offering proactive and tailored solutions
• Consistently add value through a professional and responsive service

What you will bring:

• 2-3 years’ experience in the general insurance market, with commercial wholesale experience essential
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• CIP qualified (or grandfathered), with CPD requirements up to date
• Experience with OpenGI is advantageous
