Orange Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator on behalf of a growing engineering services company based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and acting as the key link between customers, engineers and operational teams. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring service requests, maintenance visits and customer communications are handled efficiently while helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming service requests via phone and email
- Coordinating engineer schedules and service visits
- Updating customers on ongoing works and response times
- Scheduling planned maintenance activities
- Liaising with subcontractors and service providers
- Maintaining accurate records and service documentation
- Assisting with invoicing and administration activities
- Supporting operational teams with reporting and compliance documentation
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within administration, scheduling or customer service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good attention to detail
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Positive and proactive approach to work
