Orange Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator on behalf of a growing engineering services company based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and acting as the key link between customers, engineers and operational teams. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring service requests, maintenance visits and customer communications are handled efficiently while helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming service requests via phone and email
  • Coordinating engineer schedules and service visits
  • Updating customers on ongoing works and response times
  • Scheduling planned maintenance activities
  • Liaising with subcontractors and service providers
  • Maintaining accurate records and service documentation
  • Assisting with invoicing and administration activities
  • Supporting operational teams with reporting and compliance documentation

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within administration, scheduling or customer service
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Positive and proactive approach to work
