Orange Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing property maintenance and specialist cleaning company that is expanding its operations across Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. The role offers a varied working environment, no two days are the same, and the chance to work across a range of commercial, industrial and residential sites throughout Dublin.

Whether your background is in industrial cleaning, facilities maintenance, construction support, property services or external maintenance, this role offers long-term stability, ongoing training and the opportunity to develop specialist skills.

The Role:

• Carrying out specialist cleaning and property maintenance services across client sites
• Window cleaning, including external and high-level work where required
• Pressure washing and external surface cleaning
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning using specialist equipment
• Deep cleaning and industrial cleaning projects
• Operating cleaning machinery, access equipment and specialist tools safely
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures
• Supporting wider property maintenance and site improvement activities when required

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within industrial cleaning, facilities services, maintenance, construction support or a similar hands-on environment
• Valid Safe Pass essential
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors and in physically active environments
• Good attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driving licence highly desirable

Additional Skills That Would Be Beneficial:

• Pressure washing experience
• Window cleaning experience
• Carpet cleaning experience
• IPAF, MEWP or Working at Height certification
• Manual Handling training
• Previous property maintenance experience
