The Role:

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process
• Coordinating vehicle bookings for servicing, maintenance and repair work
• Working closely with technicians and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle completion
• Providing customers with regular updates and clear communication throughout their visit
• Identifying additional service opportunities where appropriate and explaining recommendations professionally
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection
• Managing customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and customer-focused manner

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Customer Service Advisor within the motor industry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational ability with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Professional, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced dealership environment
