Orange Recruitment is seeking a temporary Administrator to join our client’s team in Dublin 12. The is a full time role, and the Administrator will provide support to the business through consistent and accurate assistance on matters relating to business objectives in areas such as customer satisfaction, profitability, and employee morale. An immediate start is necessary to proceed with this role.

Job type: Temporary, Full time.

Location: Dublin 12.

Salary: €17 per hour.

Overview:

  • Be familiar with raising POs and issuing invoices. Liaise with clients on their orders, contracts and final orders.
  • Perform data entry regarding customer and client information, maintaining an up to date database.
  • Maintain all relevant databases, technical databases, customer and contract databases.
  • Maintain and process all data including payroll, parts orders and service planning documents from external stakeholders.
  • Maintain vigilance in all customer dealings to detect customer dissatisfaction and possible contract cancellation; immediately communicate all such concerns to line manager.
  • Understand and interpret follow-up reports for renewed contracts, outstanding sales and past due receivables.

Qualifications:

  • Past experience in an administrative role managing a high volume of work.
  • Excellent customer service skills, dealing with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, CRMs and information systems.
  • Able to work well within a busy team and support others.
