Job description

We are looking to recruit a receptionist on behalf of our client based in Blanchardstown on a temporary basis. This role is a part-time position working 16+ hours per week over evenings and weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities will include

  • Meet and greet visitors upon arrival
  • Answering and screening incoming calls
  • Responsible for incoming emails
  • Diary management
  • Opening and closing premises
  • Stock control and replenishments, upkeep of public areas
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Work closly with the Operations team in meeting support and updating bookings
  • Occasional support at events

The successful candidate will have

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in office administration would be an advantage
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good level of proficiency in MS Office
  • Ensure confidentiality and have the ability to deal with sensitive informaiton
