Orange Recruitment are currently working with a well-established motor group in North Dublin that’s continuing to grow its aftersales teams. As a result, they’re looking to bring in experienced Service Advisors across a number of busy dealerships. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering a high level of customer service, and wants to be part of a team where their work is recognised.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers bringing vehicles in for service or repair
  • Booking vehicles in, managing job cards, and keeping customers updated throughout
  • Working closely with workshop teams to ensure smooth turnaround times
  • Handling queries, providing clear advice, and resolving any issues professionally
  • Delivering a positive customer experience from drop-off through to collection

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (motor industry essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
  • Comfortable working in a busy dealership environment
  • A team player who can also work on their own initiative
