Account Executive / Account Handler – Commercial Insurance

We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive / Account Handler to join a growing brokerage, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high-quality broking service with a strong focus on client outcomes
• Build and maintain effective relationships with insurers and key stakeholders
• Negotiate with the market to secure optimal terms for clients
• Understand client requirements and provide proactive, value-driven solutions

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in commercial and/or retail insurance
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• CIP qualified (or grandfathered) with CPD requirements up to date
• Experience with OpenGI is advantageous

The successful candidate will operate in full compliance with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and internal governance standards.
