Orange Recruitment are seeking on behalf of our client: Regulatory Administrator (Temporary)
Key Responsibilities
Operational Activities
- Provide support for internal project-related tasks, including backlog clearance and product data updates.
- Assist Regulatory Coordinators with day-to-day administrative requirements.
- Provide administrative support for assigned applications including national and European procedures, renewals, variations, classification enquiries and scientific animal health applications.
- Coordinate assigned cases from allocation through to completion.
- Monitor progress of cases against agreed timelines, including strict European deadlines.
- Update and maintain internal workflow systems and external European databases.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including pharmaceutical companies and regulatory bodies.
- Perform general administrative duties including document preparation, scanning, post handling and telephone queries.
- Provide administrative support across the department as required.
- Assist with reception cover when needed.
Quality Management
- Support development and implementation of quality management practices.
- Assist with development and updating of SOPs.
- Participate in internal audits and implementation of corrective actions.
- Quality check own workload to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Performance Management
- Work with Regulatory Coordinators to agree performance targets.
- Report regularly on progress against objectives and KPIs.
- Participate in performance development processes as required.
Communications & Customer Service
- Attend and contribute to departmental and organisational meetings.
- Ensure policies and procedures are communicated consistently to stakeholders.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Liaise with relevant external organisations regarding Veterinary Sciences activities.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with other teams.
- Provide assistance to other business areas where required.
General
- Undertake additional duties as reasonably required.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered, candidates should have:
- Minimum one year’s office administration experience
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with ability to prioritise high volumes of work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and database systems
- Ability to work on own initiative and maintain productivity
- Proven experience working within a collaborative team environment
- Experience meeting deadlines and performance targets
Salary
€31,618 – €48,927 per annum (pro-rata, depending on experience).
Entry will be at the minimum point of the scale.
Location
Hybrid working model available. The successful candidate will work onsite a minimum of two days per week, with remote working available up to three days per week, subject to business requirements.
Hours
Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week.
Contract Duration
Temporary contract running until December 2026.
