Job Title: Clerical Officer – Temporary
Location: Dublin City Centre
Job Type: Full-Time / Temporary
Salary: €34,103 per annum
About the Role
An organisation within the public sector is currently seeking temporary Clerical Officers to support a busy administrative unit. These roles will involve providing essential clerical and administrative support, with a particular focus on data handling, record management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support including data entry, monitoring, and correspondence (email, phone, and written)

Carry out general office duties such as filing, typing letters, and managing communications

Manage and process information from various sources including written documents, numerical data, and charts

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with organisational policies and GDPR requirements

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required

Desirable Criteria
