Job Title: Clerical Officer – Temporary
Location: Dublin City Centre
Job Type: Full-Time / Temporary
Salary: €34,103 per annum

About the Role

An organisation within the public sector is currently seeking temporary Clerical Officers to support a busy administrative unit. These roles will involve providing essential clerical and administrative support, with a particular focus on data handling, record management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, monitoring, and correspondence (email, phone, and written)

  • Carry out general office duties such as filing, typing letters, and managing communications

  • Manage and process information from various sources including written documents, numerical data, and charts

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with organisational policies and GDPR requirements

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience

Terms & Conditions

  • Salary: €34,103 per annum

  • Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

  • Start Date: ASAP
