About the Role

We are currently seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to a team in Dublin with an immediate on a short term basis. This is a front-facing role and the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner

  • Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately

  • Handling emails, appointments, and general enquiries

  • Maintaining reception area and meeting rooms

  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

  • Supporting the wider office team as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident telephone manner

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
