Job description

We are looking to recruit a Payroll Officer on a temporary basis, this role is based in Dublin but can be worked remotely

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end process of running a weekly and monthly payroll for 600 plus employees
  • Completion of weekly, monthly and annual returns
  • Ensuring compliance with all revenue legislation
  • Ensuring that adequate payroll, pension and all other records and systems are maintained and up-dated
  • Preparing online banking files
  • Liaise with Line Managers to ensure accurate payments are made
  • Ensure data protection standards are maintained and up-dated
  • Answer payroll queries from staff and management

The successful candidate should have

  • Previous experience of running a large complex payroll
  • A working knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Previous experience using sage micropay
  • Excellent time management skills
