Staff Nurse – Mental Health Services

We are currently seeking a Staff Nurse to join our client‘s mental health services at their Dublin location. This is an on-site, full-time position (39 hours per week / 78 hours per fortnight) within a well-established and supportive multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be professionally supported by the Clinical Nurse Manager / Assistant Director of Nursing within their assigned area and will report to the Director of Nursing.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Registered with NMBI as a Psychiatric Nurse, or a General Nurse with relevant psychiatric experience
• Post-registration clinical experience in adult mental health, rehabilitation, or community-based mental health services
• Demonstrated experience in the care and rehabilitation of individuals with serious and enduring mental health conditions
• Sound knowledge of Mental Health Commission standards and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Competence in clinical leadership, supervision, and the support of student nurses and healthcare staff
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and statutory regulations relevant to healthcare settings
• Evidence of ongoing continuous professional development (CPD)
