Job Title: Receptionist (Ad Hoc)

Location: City West, Dublin
Job Type: Ad Hoc Temporary

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Ad Hoc Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover in a number of City West office locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can represent Orange Recruitment in a friendly, professional and efficient manner while providing reception support as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner

  • Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately

  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries

  • Maintaining the reception area to a high standard at all times

  • Booking meeting rooms and coordinating visitor access

  • Providing general administrative support as required

  • Ensuring adherence to health & safety and security procedures

Requirements

  • Previous reception or front-of-house experience is desirable

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Professional appearance and manner

  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a new environment

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Working Hours

  • Ad hoc cover as required (e.g. sickness, holidays, busy periods)

  • Hours may vary depending on business needs
