Project Manager

Orange recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site / Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects across multiple sectors for our Dublin based client. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong on-site presence, frequent coordination with contractors, and direct engagement with clients and stakeholders. You will act as the primary representative on site, ensuring clear communication between all parties and driving projects from early stages through to final handover.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and support site-based teams to achieve project objectives.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring performance aligns with programme and quality standards.
• Monitor project workflows to ensure agreed procedures and systems are followed.
• Oversee build quality and finishes to ensure completed works meet client expectations.
• Take full responsibility for health, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client, consultants, and internal teams.
• Track progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain momentum throughout delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years’ experience working with a main contractor in a project management or site management role.
• Proven experience coordinating workshop drawings and liaising with design teams, clients, and consultants.
• Background delivering commercial, residential, and interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on site.
• Self-driven, proactive, and committed to achieving high standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and build effective teams.
• Solid technical and practical understanding of construction processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; experience with CAD and industry-specific software is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
