Orange Recruitment is currently seeking General Operatives to join a busy and well-established warehouse team on behalf of our client. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and efficiency. Full onsite training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to gain experience and progress within a warehouse environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Working as part of a team across various operational areas and workstations

• Carrying out general operative duties to support daily workflow and productivity

• Packing, handling, loading, and unloading materials or products

• Operating machinery and equipment in line with company procedures and health & safety guidelines

• Performing quality checks to ensure output meets required standards

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Available to work full-time

• Strong team player with the ability to follow instructions

• Motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable

• Good level of spoken and written English

• Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs

• Responsible, with the ability to work on own initiative

• Strong attention to detail in relation to quality and output

• Health and safety conscious

• Excellent communication skills

• Own transport preferred but not essential
