Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator (Temporary, 4 Weeks, Immediate Start)
Location: Citywest
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4 Weeks (with potential extension)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive / DOE
Overview:
We are seeking an organised, professional, and friendly Administrator to join a busy Receptionist role on a temporary basis. This is an immediate start position, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and previous office or front-desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage meeting room bookings
- Order and maintain office supplies and stationery
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional telephone manner and appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for immediate start and full 4-week duration
Desirable:
- Experience in a busy office or corporate environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
