Location: Hybrid (Dublin-based, 2 days in office per week)
Contract: 2-year fixed term (with potential for permanency)
Salary: €31,118 – €48,427 per annum (incremental scale)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join a public sector agency.
In this role, you will provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to facilitate the authorisation and assessment of medicines, as well as assist Irish representatives on European scientific committees. You will also play a part in improving internal processes to ensure efficiency and compliance within the regulatory framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative processes from case creation to closure for assessment teams.
- Coordinate documentation and submissions for EU centralised assessment procedures.
- Provide operational support to Irish delegates on European scientific committees.
- Support quality management, data collection, and preparation of departmental reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and workflows.
- Participate in departmental meetings and performance development programmes.
- Maintain a professional, collaborative, and efficient working environment.
Essential:
- At least 1 year’s experience in a busy administrative or office environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating IT systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet tight deadlines.
Desirable:
- Experience in project coordination or project management.
- Knowledge of process improvement or quality systems.
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working: minimum 2 days in office per week.
- Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week.
