Orange Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator who thrives on organisation, enjoys supporting busy teams, and the flexibility to deliver high-quality support and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in a public sector environment.

Location: Dublin 2

Contract: 2 Years

Hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week

Salary: €31,118 – €48,427 (Public Sector Grade Scale)

Hybrid working available after training period

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Vigilance Assessment team.
  • Organise and maintain reports, records, and meeting materials.
  • Assist with national and EU procedures by distributing documents and following up on queries.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle general office tasks such as correspondence, filing, and phone queries.
  • Support audits, update procedures, and ensure compliance with Department of Health guidelines.
  • Contribute to projects and provide cover for other administrators when required.

Required Experience

  • Previous administrative or office support experience, ideally in a healthcare, regulatory, or public sector setting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with quality management systems or SOPs (desirable but not essential).
