Underwriting Operations Analyst

Orange Recruitment are seeking an Underwriting Operations Analyst to join an excellent insurance organisation in Dublin City. You will support the policy lifecycle, ensuring accurate data is captured in our underwriting and financial systems, and helping deliver excellent service to underwriters, brokers, and the wider business.

This is a great opportunity for a driven individual with insurance experience and a strong interest in insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwriting administration
• Accurate entry of policy data and endorsements into the underwriting system in line with company standards.
• Adhere to underwriting guidelines, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reporting and data analysis when required.
• Upload underwriting information and documents into the document management system
• Efficiently manage the shared mailbox

• Manage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering high-quality service.

• Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the Operations team.
• Help resolve queries from the wider business team Operations team and account stakeholders.
• Ad hoc underwriting project support as required.

About You

• 2+ years‘ experience within the Irish Insurance Market essential
• Strong IT skills, MS Outlook , Excel, Insurance systems
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Detail-focused with a commitment to accuracy.
• CIP Qualified with interest in or working towards CII qualifications (desirable).
