Personal Assistant (Part-Time, Permanent)
Location: Dublin City Centre
Hours: 21 hours per week (3 days)
Salary: 50,000 pro rata

The Role

Working closely with the CEO and wider C-suite, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of executive operations. The position combines traditional PA duties with project support, event coordination, and travel management, offering real variety and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional PA support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Manage complex diaries, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for senior executives.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events, board meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and board packs.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects as required.

About You

  • Proven track record as a PA or EA at C-suite/senior management level.
  • Minimum 3 years recent experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience coordinating travel, events, and projects.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Professional, discreet, and proactive approach.
  • Charity or not-for-profit sector experience would be advantageous but not essential.

This is a fully in office role, with an occasional requirement to attend Board meetings in the evening
