Senior Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and represent our brand. Position is based in our offices on Dawson St, Dublin 2.

We need someone with strong knowledge and understanding of agency recruitment where they can enjoy opportunities to grow and develop their career.

The Role

  • Managing the entire recruitment process – job posting, sourcing suitable candidates conducting interviews, onboarding candidates ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place and finally placing candidates into temporary or permanent assignments with our clients.
  • Establish relationships with our existing clients to fully understand their requirements and providing appropriate solutions
  • Maintaining ongoing communication and always delivering an exceptional service to all of our clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • You will be identifying new recruitment opportunities and developing a strong awareness of the business and sourcing new clients through various sales & business development techniques and networking events.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure client requests are fulfilled and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate client & candidate records on our recruitment management system
  • Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure a positive relationship.
  • Continuously sourcing candidates to build a strong talent pool of qualified candidates

Requirements

  • 2 years + agency recruitment experience is required
  • Ability to manage key accounts and provide talent solutions for our clients
  • Strong sales experience with the ability to develop the business and meet targets
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working with senior candidates to place them into new job opportunities
  • Essential to the role is the ability to build successful relationships with our clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
  • Confident and professional individual
  • Comfortable working in a high pressured, fast paced environment
