About the Role
The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract qualified professionals through various sourcing methods.
A minimum of 4 years recruitment experience in agency recruitment is required.
This role can be office based in Dublin 2, hybrid or remote.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified professionals, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles
- Build and maintain a diverse network of professionals to ensure a robust candidate pipeline
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base and strengthen existing client relationships
- Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote employer brand and attract top talent
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in recruitment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience in recruitment, within an agency setting
- Strong understanding of the industry sector you specialise in
- Proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
