We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and represent our brand. Position is based in Dublin 2.

We need someone with strong knowledge and understanding of agency recruitment where they can enjoy opportunities to grow and develop their career.

The Facilitas Group specialise in placing dedicated and skilled professionals in a range of settings including finance, sales & marketing, legal, human resources & clerical on a temporary, contract and permanent basis.

The Role

This senior recruiter will work closely with key clients and manage some of our SLA’s and must establish and build relationships with our existing clients as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and meet hiring requirements.

Source suitable candidates as per our client requirements while maintaining ongoing communication and always delivering a first class experience to all of our clients.

Develop a strong awareness of the business and sourcing new clients through various sales & business development techniques and networking events.

You will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish – developing client relationships to attracting top talent, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance and placing candidates, while always providing a positive experience for the candidate and guiding them through the process.

Requirements

  • 5 years + Recruitment experience
  • Ability to develop the business
  • Ability to manage key accounts and provide talent solutions for our clients
  • Strong sales experience with the ability to develop the business and meet targets
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working with senior candidates to place them into new job opportunities
  • Essential to the role is the ability to build successful relationships with our clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
  • Confident and professional individual
  • Comfortable working in a high pressured, fast paced environment
