Salary: €18-€19 per hour
Job type: TEMPORARY, Monday – Friday
Key Duties:
The role is to provide supervisory support to the team allocating accommodation to people seeking urgent housing. The successful candidate will have a minimum two-years’ experience in an office administrative/supervisory role.
Tasks and Requirements:
- General office administration duties, such as data entry, analysis, document control and inbox management.
- Supervisor/Team lead experience in order to carry out accurate and fair performance reviews and pinpoint areas of improvement.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office, with strong attention to detail when collating data and confidential information.
- Personally reliable and trustworthy, acting as a point of contact for staff concerns or queries.
- Formal report writing and compiling statistics for wider distribution.
