Job type: Temporary, full time.

Location: Dublin 2.

Salary: €20 per hour

Key duties:

  • To work with the project team to ready the Agency’s Hub so that data pertaining to the organisations are updated and accurate.
  • To review current data from across various sources within the Agency.
  • Data entry and review.
  • Reporting and analysis.
  • Capacity to identify contingencies and work streams arising from work underway.
  • Technical support to finalise documentation and dependencies.
  • Be able to appropriately and timely identify and notify risks and escalate where necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to funded organisations as they commence submissions to the Agency’s Funding Hub.
  • To engage professionally, competently and clearly with service providers.
  • The administration staff will report to the Head of Service Delivery and Development who is overseeing the Project and Project Team.

Knowledge – Experience, Competencies and Skills:

  • To be ready to work within a changing environment where areas of work, for the expediency of the project, may be re-aligned and re-prioritised.
  • Experience of working within Government Agency is desirable.
  • Experience of working with finance / budgeting / service level agreements is desirable.
  • To have the highest standards of professional writing.

Previous and Relevant Experience:

  • Strong capacity to work with various platforms and have experience and highest proficiencies across Microsoft applications with emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • A proven record of project specific delivery and, to have experience of developing funding and policy within a government/statutory context.
  • Experience with risk management, compliance and governance as it relates to finance and funding is critical.
  • Demonstrated record in policy advice and development within government contexts.
  • Demonstrated record in design to delivery implementation and review across multiple functions.
  • Experience and understanding of delivery within an NGO sector and its regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrate standards of probity and integrity.
  • To work with the Service Delivery and Development Team and the Agency’s Corporate Services Team to finalise the Funding Framework with specific remit to ensure organisational data is up to date and provide administrative support to funded organisations as they commence submissions to the Agency Funding Hub.
  • To effectively roll-out the Agency Funding Hub with Service Providers in a timely manner, as part of project team.
  • To support the development of documents associated and to ensure these are to the highest standard.
  • To ensure that documents are accessible to Service Providers with technical accuracy and design, delivered with transparency and in line with corporate best practice.
  • To assess the Agency Hub and work with the teams within the Agency to identify and recommend next steps in the funding and monitoring process through the Agency Funding Framework and Hub.
