Social Care Worker (SCW) – Disability & Children’s Services
Location: Dun Laoghaire, Dublin 18
Salary: €38,000-€56,000
Reports to: Social Care Leader / Deputy Manager / PIC

About the Role

Orange Recruitment is seeking Social Care Workers for established disability and children’s residential services in Co. Wexford.
Applicants must hold a Level 7 Social Care qualification and be eligible for, or working towards, CORU registration. Full guidance on Section 38/91 provided.

Essential Requirements

Level 7 Social Care (or equivalent)

Experience in disability/day/residential services

Knowledge of HIQA & person-centred practice

Full driving licence

Eligible to work in Ireland

CORU registered or in process

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality daily support and personal care

Promote independence, dignity and meaningful choice

Facilitate activities, life-skills and community participation

Maintain a safe, supportive environment

Work rostered shifts incl. evenings/weekends/sleepovers
